    He joined EASA in 2007 as standardization team leader in airworthiness, later moving to coordination and cross-domain issues including safety management and in risk-based oversight.

    Bandieri started in aviation in 1992 with the Italian CAA as an airworthiness inspector.

    He holds a master’s in aeronautical engineering from Politecnico di Torino and a master’s in aviation law from the University of Modena.

    Colin’s career started  as an air traffic controller in the Royal Air Force and he subsequently held managerial positions including developing and delivering the Safety Management System for all RAF air traffic control and air defence units.

    In 2007, Colin moved into civil aviation safety regulation, holding several roles in the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), culminating in being a member of the CAA Safety Strategy Team. During this time he was the chair of the ICAO ATM OPS Panel, a member of various EASA and Eurocontrol drafting and working groups, and led many UK safety programmes including the London 2012 Olympics Aviation Safety Project.

    Colin was appointed to his current position of Isle of Man Deputy Director of Civil Aviation in 2016. He is responsible for the Isle of Man’s aviation safety and security legislation, policy and oversight activities, including the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry.

    Davide Martini serves since March 2016 as Senior Cybersecurity Expert at EASA, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency.
    His recent work spans various aspects of cybersecurity in the aviation domain, from coordinating the development of a European cybersecurity in aviation strategy, managing the foundation of a European Centre for Cybersecurity in Aviation (ECCSA) and contributing to the development of the EASA regulatory framework for the management of information security risks in aviation. He also engages in high-level education as a guest lecturer on subjects related to cybersecurity in aviation.
    Prior to his current role, Davide spent more than 15 years in the aviation industry. Before joining EASA, he served as Engineering Manager for Leonardo - Helicopters Division, where he was responsible for the development of systems and services supporting aircraft’s operations, ranging from mission analysis, flight planning, health and usage data analysis, maintenance schedule optimisation, as well as field loading of avionic software.
    He holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

    Stan subsequently joined BHP as an aviation advisor supporting world-wide oil & gas and minerals exploration & production activities. He was based in North America before returning to Australia to become BHP’s Manager Aviation Safety.  
     
    Stan has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.  He also holds fixed wing and helicopter professional pilot licences and is currently flying the Dassault Falcon 8X with Shell.    Stan is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Chair of the EBAA Safety Committee, Chair of the IS-BAO Standards Board and a Board Member of British Business and General Aviation Association.

    Bruce Parry is an experienced sustainability and environmental professional who has worked within the aviation industry in a variety of capacities supporting these subjects for more than twenty years.

    As Senior Advisor, Industry Affairs for Bombardier, Parry represents Bombardier as liaison with the industry and represents the organisation at all levels focusing on key stakeholder groups for the business aviation sector including civil aviation agencies, trade organisations and other key industry bodies on a wide variety of industry subjects.

    Prior to his current role at Bombardier, Parry held roles as Senior Environment Manager for the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and Environment Director for the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) concurrently. Parry has represented business aviation at a variety of levels, both from a European and international perspective on environmental and sustainability matters. He served as UN Observer on behalf of IBAC and the business aviation community at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) within the Committee on Aviation and Environmental Protection (CAEP).

    With a background in environmental engineering, and working for both Airbus and Bombardier, Parry’s experience extends from environmental requirements and considerations in aircraft product development to corporate social responsibility and sustainability. He also contributed to the development of the original and subsequent updates to the Business Aviation Commitment on Climate Change (BACCC) and the process to develop Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for commercial and business aircraft. Parry holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Quality and Resource Management from the University of the West of England in the UK.

    Before entering into aviation, Jesper Rasmussen occupied for 20 years other posts in the Danish central government administration in the Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Industry. Jesper Rasmussen has a Ph.d in social sciences.
